He has managed environmental projects ranging from aviation environmental projects, unregulated landfills, UST management projects, hazardous waste management Urban Watershed Assessment projects, CSO Separation, Fuel Tank Farm Investigation, Fecal Coliform Investigation Project, GIS/GPS Infrastructure Investigation, Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA’s), Risk Assessment Projects, Asbestos and Lead Survey and Design Projects, Indoor Air Quality Investigations (IAQ), Public Awareness, Environmental Compliance Audit , Ground Water Sampling (using direct push technology), to Environmental Justice projects.
Mr. Reeves has spent many years in the economic development arena. Mr. Reeves was instrumental in MED Week becoming an annual celebration as the Executive Director for the Atlanta MBOC, which was a standing committee of the Atlanta Federal Executive Board, from that platform a recommendation was made by the collective group of 10 MBOC's across the nation to request that the President sign and executive order and it was signed by then President Regan . He also helps to establish a Small Business Development Center at his Alma Mater A&T State University.
